Export control and safety

ITAR-free by design, under two of the most rigorous export control regimes in the world.

UK export control

We operate under the UK regime, among the most rigorous in the world.

German export control

We operate under the German regime on the same basis.

ITAR-free — by design

A deliberate strategic choice. Our systems carry no ITAR-controlled content, so allied governments can acquire them without an external approval step in the chain, and we are not dependent on technology transfer permissions from outside Europe.

Who we will sell to

Exclusively to democratic, NATO-aligned governments. The UK and Germany are our primary customers, with broader NATO allies as a natural future export market.

Non-proliferation

All European countries are signatories of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, in good standing. Acquiring hypersonic capability does not change that standing. We have no plans to design for nuclear interoperability.

The safety case

The handling of hazardous and explosive materials is subject to strict safety regulation, closely monitored and enforced by the relevant authorities. In Munich, five members of the team are trained and hold permission to handle explosives under the German Explosives Act.

Bavaria, and the Munich region specifically, has a long history as a hub for the defence industry and upholds the regulatory and safety standards that come with it.
