A capability Europe does not have
Deep precision strike, one step below the nuclear threshold, is absent in Europe. Multiple European governments have published their requirement for it. Europe needs to keep pace.

The hardest problem in the field
Controlled, manoeuvrable flight above Mach 5 — where temperature dominates everything and precision is hardest to hold. Problems no one else in Europe is solving.

What it takes
- It is hard work
- Sharp minds and bright ideas are the baseline. The standard is proof — of the technology, and of yourself. The stakes are high and the standards are set accordingly.
- You will be trusted early, and held to it
- Small, talent-dense teams with real autonomy. You are trusted with a real piece of work and the room to run it, and you own the outcome, not the task. Nobody waits for permission here, and nobody is carried.
- You will be here in person
- This is hardware. We build, integrate and test real vehicles, and willingness to be on site is something we assess for.
- You will need security clearance
- Security vetting is a standard requirement for defence work. We comply fully with national requirements in both the UK and Germany, and the process takes time.
- You will be building weapons
- We build hypersonic ballistic missiles. If they are ever used, they will kill people. We sell exclusively to democratic, NATO-aligned governments, and to nobody beyond Europe and its NATO allies. We will ask you in interview how you feel about that. There is no right answer we are fishing for, only an honest one.
